Problem/Idea/Concept/Topic Statement 
Should include the following information:
- What is the topic to be addressed in your piece?
- Who are your end users?
- What should your end users learn-think-feel after completing
your piece?
- What prerequisite skills should they have?
- Your goals as the designer.
Needs Assessment
Should include the following information:
- Challenges you face as the designer
- Current state of proposed end users (concerning the topic)
- What will your end user be able to do, if anything after
viewing your piece?
- How will you collect this information?
- How will you verify if the goals are met after your end
users complete your piece?
Design 
Should include the following information:
- Will you use any specific strategies within your piece?
- Why will these strategies work?
- How much control will you provide your end users?
- Why will you provide this level of control?
- How will you organize your content?
- What media will be necessary (graphics, audio, video,
etc.)?
- What are the limitations of the media you have chosen
to include in your piece?
- Media (Where? How? Copyrights?)
- Cross-platform capabilities
- User interface specifications
Development
Should include the following information:
- Storyboards
- Introductory screen (what will the end user see and hear?)
- Navigation (Button placement, linear or Web, etc)
- At least more screens after the introductory screen.
Conclusion 
Should include the following information:
- Where will you go from here?
- What did you learn as you went through this process?
- Final Thoughts
Now you have your ideas together, see how they will be evaluated
