   I learned that using the PROCESS is very important. Though Maya seems to be aware of it, she didn’t follow through on some common steps in the Needs Assessment such as the problem statement and data collection.

   Change is not an easy task. Considering all of the variables in a given situation is a big key in making good decisions.
